July Recipe

Perfect Picnic Dip
1 can black beans (15 ounces), drained and rinsed
1/4 cup low-fat cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon vinegar
Baby carrots or tortilla chips for dipping

Mash or blend black beans to desired consistency. Mix in cheese, spices, and vinegar until ingredients are well incorporated. Serve with baby carrots or tortilla chips for dipping.
